This relates to the specific prescription refill function within Socrates. I know not everyone uses this, its where the admin staff can prepare a repeat prescription for the doctor to authorise and send. It’s actually really good and I have made a video about it which is available here. Back to the tip, sometimes, at least I do, I have sent the prescription before realising there was an additional note I should have read but once the prescription is sent it appears the note is also gone. Fortunately, there is a way to find and see what the note said. It’s in reports and is called “Prescription refill details”. If you run this report encompassing the dates of the message you want to review you will find the message in this report. Michael
