When you are finished seeing a patient there are two ways to close the file, either click the X in the top right hand corner and then click on OK or some of you might click on the left hand side “finish consultation” which finishes the consultation – making the top red but you still have to click the X on the top right although this time you don’t have to click on OK for save. Both these methods require two clicks. [Graphical user interface, application, Word Description automatically generated] You can however set a preference so that when you click on finish consultation it also closes the file, hence closing with one click. To set this up go to Edit==>Preferences Click on the Consultation tab, and put a tick beside “Close Consultation Window when finished” Click OK [Graphical user interface, application Description automatically generated] Mind you, it strikes me now, to get to the “finish consultation” you have to go to the summary screen!
