If you're like me, you have probable occasionally marked an investigation complete inadvertently and not been able to remember who the patient was. There is a report you can use to find out who it was. It is called "completed investigations details" [cid:image003.jpg@01D7A0B1.BD243040] If you set the fields to yourself and the dates to today it will provide a list of investigations that you completed today including that one that you want to look at again.
