You can use the Socrates Server Manager to set or reset passwords but crucially you cannot actually see a person’s password in it. This usually resides on the Practice Managers PC. Therefore if you set your own password nobody else can see or find it.
Good practice would advise that everybody should have their own unique password.
So to set your own password, while logged in go to
My Control Panel ==>My Profile
At the bottom of this screen is a section where you can change your password. Tick the box beside change password to start and fill in as appropriate. Passwords must have at least 12 characters with one number and one special character.
