The Green button is an important safety tool provided to the practices. Recently we got an upgrade to an enterprise version but the set up of that version is different and sites needs to be configured so that if fired only rooms in the local practice get a warning. Clearly this has not been fully implemented yet but I can confirm IT are aware of the issue and are working on it.
If you get any alerts, including yesterdays, that are clearly from another practice please inform ITSupport@Centrichealth.ie
