Have you ever noticed that once you put a code into a note you cannot then save the note without having some code entered which sometimes you may not want to do. Other times there maybe a code entered that subsequently turns out to be an error and you want it removed.
It can be removed from the summary page by unticking the “active condition” box but it will still be in the notes.
The only way to get rid of an incorrect code in either of these scenarios is to delete the entire note. It’s not obvious how to do that. What you must do is to highlight the relevant note and hit the delete key on the keyboard – there is no mouse click way to do it.

Anyone know of a cardiologist with interest in sports?
Ive a mature lady very keen to continue her (very) active sports /running but cardiologist advised her to stop exercising due to atypical cardiomyopathy Dx 3yrs ago and she would like a second opinion. Cardiomyopathy much improved over past 3yrs since diagnosis despite her largely ignoring cardiology advice re exercise as it happens

Hi Orla
No, the ICGP are doing their meeting on 15th October which they have now
called the "Autumn Meeting", which has put an end (for now at least) to all
the arguments that used to dominate previous meetings which they used to
hold in November and call them " Winter Meetings" (when, of course,
everyone knows that winter doesn't start until 1st December!).
And in case anyone is interested, the ICGP NEGS meeting is 10th/11th
November. So October 22nd is clear for the Centric Health GP Conference
and nothing else!! Watch your inboxes this week for your personal
invitation to this fantastic event!
Thanks

And can I remind people, as per Tip 80, the invitation will arrive to your Centric e-mail address only, so if you don’t currently check your Centric e-mail now might be a good time to try and sort it out. Ask your PM to help if you need help or itsupport@centrichealth.iemailto:itsupport@centrichealth.ie would also be happy to help. ( Having said that, I presume someone will forward the invite to this list but still good advice!)
