A short tip today for a change!

I have said in the past that to get from the notes section to the baseline details (strongly recommended for entering weight and blood pressure) that you have to use the short cut key – Ctrl-B.

However there are actually two ways of getting there using the mouse,
1: Click on consultation details and then on baseline details to open for a new entry today.

2: Click on Consultation on the menu bar and then on baseline details

This opens baseline details ready for entry of new data today.

Hi Michael
I checked that the Baseline Details fields can be  automatically populated if we fill the Physical Health Monitoring card fields . This is the one I fill in with the patient’s vital signs .
It is found in Care Protocols > Physical Health Monitoring
Kind regards
