ICT Tip 67 – Socrates – A snapshot of your benzodiazepine prescribing

I know we get a very useful benzodiazepine prescribing report from the PCRS but if you are interested in delving deeper into your or your practices benzodiazepine prescribing there is a very useful report available that gives a detailed breakdown.
It is in the reports section under the iPCRN

It provides a report on your prescribing and names the relevant patients.  You can break it down by doctor, that field is called default.  Lots of other options like just private patients for example.  Also, you can determine the time frame by entering dates at the bottom.  It defaults to the last year, but you could do it based on last month etc. by changing the dates.
