Sorry I know this was asked recently- what are people doing about the notifications that come back on healthlink referrals just saying 'no response'- do we need to follow each up individually by phone or do we assume the hospital has received it but just hasn't sent an electronic recognition of that?

I just leave it there. I do tell my patient that they will get some reply. If they don’t get something within 6-8 weeks, to tell us. We then print, post ✉️ t via internal post and then click complete.
