The tips started out as tips to the GPs initially. I'm glad they proved to be popular and sometime later I started tips to the Practice Managers, following several requests. What I have discovered is that, while some tips are GP specific and others are PM specific, there is in fact so much more in common to both groups that I have decided to amalgamate both sets of tips into one going forward. This means the tip number will magically jump next time as I add both together. However, although the tips will go out to Practice Managers, l the version you get will still only be to the Centric GP discussion group so if you reply (and I encourage you to do so, to try and generate debate etc.) your reply will only go to other GPs and not to any practice managers.
