That links seems to have died already so I can't exactly what the job is, but I suspect it is GP Lead for the Community Health Network.  There are going to be loads of these all over the country.  I applied for one in our area (CHN 2) at the end of last year and was interviewed just before Christmas.  No positions appointed yet, but if anyone wants some interview tips I would happy to share them!

There are 8 Community Health Networks within Community Health East and I think there are about 40 CHNs across the whole country.  They want a GP Lead for each of them, so there literally is "one for everyone in the audience!"
