Causing chaos everywhere, just sending this explanation in case you didn't see it from Healthmail. Generally if you keep trying the script does go through.

Dear Doctor,

We are aware some users are receiving errors when sending scripts from your practice management systems.

We have engaged with Clanwilliam on this and have identified the issue. It is intermittent and not all users are affected, also the email will send after a retry.
Clanwilliam are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please await communications from Clanwilliam by way of update, this will be issued shortly.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.
