An exciting development to report this week, it would appear our clever Centric IT colleagues may have developed a way that we can distribute certain forms and possibly templates to most if not all sites. As a trial two standard childhood immunisation forms have been distributed. These are the consent form and the refusal form. You may already have your own versions of these that you use. They are in forms as appears here: [A screenshot of a computer Description automatically generated] To use them you highlight one and click Add. Then click Preview and then print [A screenshot of a computer Description automatically generated] Here is an example of part of one form. You can see areas in red that you can add text or tick boxes [cid:image003.png@01DA1873.532525A0] We’ll see how these go and if successful we may be able to follow up with some other useful forms in the future.
