As you will be aware vaccine delivery is distributed on an equitable basis having regard to available supply. Once we are in receipt of completed forms from GPs, your relationship manager will be in contact to confirm an agreed delivery amount having regard to the supply available. The allocation of vaccine will be determined on the basis of the total number of practices who wish to continue to opt in to the programme. Forms submitted later than the 2nd of June will not be accepted due to the requirement to allocate an equitable quantity to each GP practice as early as possible.
